Pricing information
The prices are per apartment/double room per day for two people, including final cleaning, unless otherwise indicated. The price does not include the local tourist tax of € 2.80 per person per day (for guests aged 14 upwards), which is payable on site.
Included in the price (all year round): Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass for free use of all public transport in South Tyrol.
Supplements & Reductions
- Minimum stay: 1 week (valid for the high season and the Easter and Christmas periods)
- Short stays: we apply an extra charge for stays of up to 3 nights.
We can offer special deals on request.
- Additional persons from 3 years of age: € 35.00 per day
- Single occupancy in the double room "Hohe Mauer": - 15 %

Booking information
Deposit and booking
A booking is only deemed confirmed after written confirmation by both parties and receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total price. The outstanding amount can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card or debit card (except American Express).
Online Check-In
Online check-in possible. We would be pleased if you could let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.
Cancellation
Special cancellation terms during the Covid-19 emergency

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at time of booking.

If canceled up to 61 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.

Cancellation within 60 days to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 70% of the total amount.

Cancellations from 14 days before arrival, no-shows or early departures must be paid in full.
If it is not possible for you to come and stay because of a new border closure, a ban on travelling outside your region for the period in question, or a new lockdown, your deposit will be refunded.

- Linen change: sheets, bath towels and tea towels are changed as required
- Additional cleaning: possible at any time, when requested, and included in the price
- Baby equipment: high chair, cot and child bike seat available on request

- Lift: all apartments are accessible by lift
- Parking: Free parking in the enclosed courtyard
Kitchen
- Honesty bar: In our lounge "Alte Ansetz" are available a coffee machine, selected products for breakfast and free drinks. Price according to consumption. The lounge is also a pleasant place to sit and relax.
- Bread delivery service: on request (payable extra)
- Breakfast service: On request, we are happy to prepare an individual breakfast for you (standard breakfast or brunch), which can be served in the apartment, on the roof terrace or in the Ansetz. Price € 12.00 (standard breakfast) € 18.00 (brunch) per person.
Free time
- Free loyalty Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass: this entitles you to free use of all public transport in South Tyrol, valid all year round.
- Bike rental: Free loan of bikes

Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive after 6 p.m.

Non-smoking apartments
Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments.
Pets
Your loyal four-legged friends are warmly welcome upon request. We charge an additional fee of 25.00 euros per day for your dog. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the Honesty Bar 'Alte Ansetz.'
Additionally, there is a limited number of dog-friendly rooms available, and there is a maximum number of dogs allowed in the house.
We kindly ask for your understanding that dangerous dog breeds cannot be accommodated in accordance with legal regulations.
